"Sukhothai", derived from the Sanskrit, means "Dawn of Happiness" Spanning three thousand kilometres from Bangkok to Shanghai, this journey brings distant flavours together and connects two chefs through their shared craft. From March 20 until March 27, two chefs join forces to create a limited-edition, four-course menu. Their culinary paths converge at the table - where skill and flavour unite seamlessly, bite by bite.
Daniel Liu, Executive Chef of The Sukhothai Shanghai, draws on two decades of culinary experience across Shanghai, Beijing, Cairo and Dubai. His global journey infuses his creations with an authenticity, making each dish both distinctive and deeply comforting.
Andrea Cetani, Italian Chef of La Scala at The Sukhothai Bangkok, devotes his life to Italian culinary tradition. Chef Andrea blends classic Italian flavours with a modern twist through meticulous craftsmanship - bringing the warmth of the Mediterranean to the East.
