GOURMET SCHOOL
On November 11, 2025, URBAN Café and URBAN Lounge hosted the Gourmet School Workshop. Eleven guests joined Executive Chef Daniel Liu and Executive Sous Chef Warren Wu for this hands-on cooking experience.
The session began with mulled wine, followed by a hands-on cooking experience of three classic Thai dishes under the guidance of the chefs: Polemo Salad, Green Curry Chicken, Sweet Coconut Milk Sticky Rice with Mango.
"Food has a special way of bringing people together," said Chef Daniel. Chef Warren added, "We wanted everyone to experience the joy of Thai cooking and feel inspired to recreate these flavors at home."
Beyond learning new recipes, the event was a memorable gathering where guests connected over shared interests and great food.
